The Designer Series® Features their exclusive snap-in between-the-glass window fashions that are easy to change such as blinds, shades, decorative panels and grilles. The Proline® offers simplicity to maximize your value. It offers a variety of standard sizes and six exterior colors. Like the previous series, The Proline is still a solid-wood construction with features like tilt-wash windows and the optional prefinished interior. The Pella Impervia® windows and patio doors are made from a form of fiberglass called Duracast®. Duracast® is Pella’s exclusive, five-layer, engineered composite. It is a highly stable material that shares the same properties of strength, durability and temperature resistance as materials used in the aerospace industry. Duracast won’t expand, warp or sag in summer heat, or shrink and turn brittle in harsh winter conditions.
