Consumers Energy Rebate

Customers of Consumers Energy who have recently replaced windows, doorwalls, or entry doors with glass in them may qualify for an energy rebate.  Windows that qualify are rebated at $30 per section—doublehungs are one section; however a two-section casement with a circle top window above it is considered three sections and nets $90.  A qualifying two section doorwall is rebated at $160.

The program has a set amount of funds in it, so it is on a first come, first serve basis, and expires 12/31/11.  To see if you qualify, check out their site at www.consumersevergy.com/eeprograms
